Pastor Joe Culumber, our interim pastor, has degrees from Greenville College, Asbury Theological Seminary and Fuller Seminary where he earned a doctorate in church growth. Pastor Joe has served the Free Methodist Church in several capacities: pastor, church planter, missionary, denominational executive and professor at Greenville College for twelve years. He also pastored the Rainier Avenue FM Church in Seattle for thirteen years. Most recently, he served six years on the pastoral staff at First FM Church in Seattle, where for the past two years he led a church planting effort among Iranian refugees in Kent. He and his wife, Caryl, have two children and five grandchildren and live nearby in Covington, WA.
Amy Wagner is a recent graduate from Seattle Pacific University with her BA in Christian Theology. She is married to Nick, her high school sweetheart, and they have an infant son, David. She is from the Columbia River Gorge and was raised on a small family farm. Nick is finishing up his BSME at Seattle University and grew up in Lynnwood. Together, they enjoy hiking, camping, and being outdoors. Amy is very excited to be re-launching a youth program at NDCF, and looks forward to seeing a thriving ministry.
Josh Snyder is the Principal of Valley Christian School, a ministry of our church since 1977. Josh holds one Master’s degree from Denver Seminary and is currently working on a second from Northern Arizona University. Valley Christian School is a Christ-centered school with experienced and dedicated teachers, smaller class sizes to allow individual attention and convenient on-site childcare. Josh is in his second year as principal overseeing a ministry serving two-year olds through 8th grade. When not on campus he is usually with his wonderful wife of ten years, two boys, ages 6 and 4, and a daughter who is still under two years old.
Rebecca Pike is the Administrative Assistant/Facilities Manager overseeing our church and school campus, and running the day to day operations. She is the president of Valley Christian School’s Parent Teacher Fellowship. Rebecca loves to escape and relax at her home away from home at Lake Trask with her husband, Dan and son, Dominic.
